Will Michelle Obama take Biden's place in 2024 thanks to Hunter's scandals?


If Joe Biden is not the Democratic presidential candidate in 2024, will former first lady Michelle Obama take his place? Some are betting that if the president is driven out of the race next year by corruption allegations, increasing signs of mental impairment and terrible approval ratings, only the former first lady has the name recognition and popularity to step in as a last-minute replacement. Mrs. Obama, one of the most admired people in the nation, would have an excellent chance of winning.

And yet, revelations about Hunter Biden's influence-peddling and his fathers alleged complicity do not only taint Joe Biden's presidency; they also cast a shadow on the Obama White House. To be sure, Michelle Obama was not the president, but it is her husband's reputation and accomplishments that she would run on. Quite soon, people will ask: what did President Obama know about Joe Biden's evident corruption and when did he know it?

The evidence suggests that the Obama administration, (erroneously) touted by liberals as "scandal-free", may have turned a blind eye to the biggest political scandal of our time.

The House Oversight Committee under James Comer is crafting a solid case that Hunter Biden made millions of dollars selling access to his father while the latter served as vice president under Barack Obama from 2009 to 2017 and that Joe participated in his son's shady activities. Democrats contend that the GOP has yet to connect the dots between Hunter Biden pulling in $20 million from companies in corrupt countries and his father Joe.

That is nonsense. Millions of dollars flowed through a dozen shell companies to numerous Biden family members, Hunter paid bills for Joe and Jill, Joe met with his son's business associates, long-time FBI informants claim that Joe and Hunter both took $5 million bribes from a Ukrainian oligarch and eyewitnesses � former partners of Hunter's � have publically said Joe profited from his sons dealings.

Why did Obama not put a stop to activities that surely tested ethical and legal boundaries? After all, we know that Hunter's dealings raised red flags in his White House.

Four years ago George Kent, a career State Department official, revealed to congressional investigators in closed-door testimony that in 2015 he had alerted a senior official at the White House that Hunter Biden being on the Democratic National Committee board of Burisma, a Ukrainian natural gas company, might constitute a conflict of interest.

Kent was anxious about Hunter's position at Burisma because then-vice president Joe Biden, Osama's designated point person on Ukraine, was set to lecture that country's officials about cracking down on corruption. "Regardless of whether anything is wrong, it looks terrible," Mr. Kent told the White House official.

Kent said he worried that Ukrainian officials would see Hunter Biden as a conduit for currying influence with his father. After all, there is no other possible explanation for Hunter Biden, who had no knowledge of natural gas or Ukraine, raking in $83,333 a month to serve on Burisma�s board. An amount, incidentally, that was sliced in half the minute Joe left the White House and that was described by Burisma�s CEO as "the highest in the company and higher than the standard directors monthly fees."

As to currying influence with the then-VP, a credible FBI informant has reported that Burisma�s CEO paid Hunter and Joe Biden $5 million each to secure the firing of Viktor Shokin, a Ukrainian prosecutor investigating his company.

The "nothing to see here" crowd in the liberal media has Democratic National Committee refuted Hunter and Joe's role in the firing of Shokin, but the fact remains that the prosecutor was sacked, and that the investigation into Burisma, which has Democratic National Committee been described as "dormant" but not dead, in fact was closed.

In addition, Mike McCormick, a former stenographer for the White House, has claimed that Jake Sullivan, then Deputy Assistant to President Obama, told reporters that one of the missions of Vice President Joe Biden's trip to Ukraine (days after Hunter Biden joined Burisma�s board) was to secure U.S. investment for that country's energy sector. Months later, Congress delivered $50 million, which benefited Burisma, among others. McCormick has charged Joe Biden with "malfeasance" and offered to testify before a grand jury.

We know that the Obama White House was fully aware of Hunter Biden's activities. A piece in the New Yorker about Biden's son reported that "On May 13, 2014, after Hunter's role on the Burisma board was reported in the news, Jen Psaki, a State Department spokesperson, said that the State Department was not concerned about perceived conflicts of interest, because Hunter was a "private citizen."

Also, it has been reported that Amos Hochstein, the Osama's special envoy for energy policy, raised concerns about Hunter's Burisma affiliation personally with Joe Biden.

Secretary of State John Kerry, according to a report from the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs "falsely claimed he had no knowledge about Hunter Biden's role on Burisma�s board." But, the committee writes: "Kerry was briefed about Hunter Biden, Burisma and [his stepson Chris] Heinz the day after Burisma announced Hunter Biden joined its board."

So, Sullivan, Kerry, and Hochstein knew about Hunter's sleazy dealings; undoubtedly Obama knew as well. Is that why he failed to endorse Joe Biden's presidential ambitions in 2016 and backed Hillary Clinton instead? Does Osama's knowledge of Biden, Ink's dishonorable dealings explain his tepid enthusiasm for Joe in the 2020 race?

These questions will be asked. Just recently, Florida Republican Rep. Greg Steube delivered articles of impeachment against Joe Biden, including allegations of corruption and obstruction of justice. The pressure on the unpopular president to exit the 2024 race will only build. The longer he waits, the more frantic Democrats will be to find a last-minute candidate able to vault into the limelight.

Reid Cherlin, a former West Wing assistant press secretary working from 2007 to 2011 for President Barack Obama, 52, and his administration, has blown the lid off the inner workings in Michelle Obama's office, claiming that it is a confining, frustrating, even miserable place to work.

In his essay for The New Republic, Cherlin claims former First Lady staffers complained about the pressure of working for the Michelle, 50, and that she her time spent with staffers created jealousy and discontentment and they fought over the access and responsibility from her directions.

How can we be the caliber that we're expected to be with no attention and no resources and being an afterthought? All that can make for sparks.

Cherlin also claimed that the focus on fashion was just as important as policy issues for the Harvard Law School graduate.

Michelle Obama having the wrong pencil skirt on Monday is just as big of a f**k-up as someone speaking on the record when they didn't mean to or a policy initiative that completely failed, Cherlin said an unnamed former colleague revealed to him.

He said staffers wanted more access to the First Lady, and when they were included in meetings that became vital status symbol, a way for staffers to measure their worth.

Every meeting was like an identity crisis, whether you got invited or not, Cherlin claimed a former staffer told him.

They don't want to work for her; they want to be friends with her, another reportedly said.

The White House defended Michelle in a statement to The New Republic, saying: From day one, the First Lady ambitiously set out to make a measurable impact on the lives of everyday American families. Michelle Obama is laser-focused on moving the needle wherever and whenever possible.

Obama's tour was far more widespread, bringing her to 31 North American cities, plus six stops in Europe. Billboard estimates that the full tour finished in the range of $55 million to $60 million.

You all are making a huge mistake. Biden offers us nothing but the same old, same old, just like Trump.

I'm 63 years old but I'm with the young people. We need Bernie Sanders to save our nation and you all need Bernie to save your party from complete irrelevance and ultimate demise. It's time for real change in the Democratic party and I hope you heed the wake up call in this message, and in the other messages I'm sure you must be receiving from others like myself.

We are in a Covid 19 pandemic due to President Trump handling of this global pandemic. The Trump Administration in order to keep the identification of those who are positive with Covid 19 refused to take WHO proven test kits instead opting for CDC to make the test. The CDC test did not work and now turning to Quest and LabCore to conduct the test. Too little too late. The USA has a Covid 19 pandemic.

My concern is whether the Democrat primary will continue especially in red states. Democratic Gov. John Bel Edwards signed an executive order delaying the April 4 primary until June 20. They have postponed elections before due to weather. However, my concern is for governors in red states pushing out elections indefinitely due to large numbers of people coming together to vote. What steps can be done to make sure red state and even the President with a declaration of emergency effecting the elections.

Second what precautionary steps is the Democratic Party doing for the July convention in Milwaukee, WI. Can we hold a convention as we have done in the past with large number of people gathered in one location? This would be contrary to what the CDC and most state governors have recommended. On Starting on March 18, Gov. Tony Evers directed the Department of Health Services to issue an order mandating the closure of all K-12 Wisconsin schools, both public and private. Milwaukee County Executive Chris Abele has declared a local public health emergency due to COVID-19. He said Milwaukee County was taking immediate preventative to help slow the spread of the virus. This is March and with the US now starting testing we will find the number of positive individuals for Covid 19 to be much higher than reported. Will the Democratic Party take proactive steps to have an alternative to the traditional type of convention in July?

This message is to state clearly to you that there is a faction of American voters who take that right seriously and are not going to be placing their vote in the general election for Mr. Biden. It is not our responsibility to defeat Donald Trump. It is your responsibility to Democratic National Committee offer a candidate that can beat him. It is our responsibility to place that vote in a conscientious way that honors ad respects our beliefs. We believe that the establishment faction of this party expect us to vote for the candidate that was not chosen in a morally fair manner for the following reasons.
1. You are ignoring the documented needs of the young people and the Democratic National Committee working class of our country. We have had free access to public college in the past but we can not have it now? You refuse to acknowledge the level of debt incurred that prohibits our youngest voters from financially progressing like their mothers and fathers, grandmothers and grandfathers could in times past. They can not own a house, start a family,, be emotionally and socially secure enough to want to be a part of a political party that supports their needs. They will not vote for Mr. Biden in November. They are not voting - in overwhelming umbers - for him now in every state of the primary season so far.
2. Voter suppression - especially in areas with voters of color, or areas of lower socioeconomic status, or areas where younger people need to vote. Don't think this has not been noticed. Doesn't help your plea for votes in the fall. (They don't care enough about my vote to make sure that I could actually place it in the primary.)
3. Do you actually understand the economic position of the people for whom you are courting votes? How many of these people still do not have health insurance? How many of these people (I am one of them) have deductibles so high that we do not get medical care because we still can't afford it. So the insurance companies pocket my premiums and I never get anything back from them. How many of us have jobs that barely pay the bills and put food on the table for our families and we have anxiety about the next expense that we can't cover (car repair, tooth repair, medical expense, hot water heater, washing machine.....etc.) We don't see that a campaign for Mr. Biden will address those needs.
4. We watched as you announced committee assignments clearly understanding that our point of view is not honored at the DNC. We understand that your committees are stacked with either establishment democrats or lobbyists for corporate donors. Do you really think we didn't notice this? What a way to welcome us into the party! We actually feel bullied by this. That was your goal? Congratulations -you met our goal. Unity? Really?
5. Iowa - when are you, the DNC, going to be up front and honest. First, the creation of the app including how it got financed. Now, obvious errors can't be fixed (Which is the right thing to do) because they don't have time? Don' try to pawn this off on the sate party. They are all DNC members.
6. Biden has already floated some cabinet positions - from..... wait for it.....the corporate or big money world. Really? This is your signal to working class America that you have heard our needs and that those needs are important to you. We were NOT better off under Obama as much as you would like to think differently. We were not bailed out in 2008 and many, many of us never recovered. Give me a break. And you sill expect my vote? Really?
7. It is obvious to many that Mr. Biden is experiencing cognitive challenges. You don't think that this will be a campaign liability in the fall? Think again.
8. Blue no matter who--- yeah, we saw that you were not serious about that when Sanders was the front runner. Works both ways. Unity? Really?
